You are required to sign a contract form provided by our resellers/agencies in order to be given user id and password and become MALAYSIA i-DIRECTORY ™ member. As any other web advertising hosting company, we have certain rules and limitations to keep this system a clean, ethical, and high performing environment.

Responsibility for Content

Once you sign as member and update your web content via user id created, you are solely responsible for the content on your web ad space site. This includes all links on your website, or any product and services descriptions and pictures installed on your site and any content for your website kept on our servers. MALAYSIA i-DIRECTORY ™ assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for content on, sent from, update from, promotions showcase or about your web profile site. We cannot be held responsible for submission problems that are outside our control. Maintaining an accurate database of engines is our greatest concern and we will do our best to keep our list current. However, errors may occur from time to time, engines may no longer exist or have changed their submission process or policy. You are responsible for submitting or resubmitting your web site and may do so as many times as you wish. The information you provide is submitted to the engines without prejudice. Your URL may or may not be added at the engines' owner's/operator's sole discretion.

MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand that all information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. 6. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

10. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

15. use any service (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another home page, whether inside or beyond MALAYSIA i-DIRECTORY ™ ;
16. engage in commercial activities without enrolling in MALAYSIA i-DIRECTORY ™ -approved affiliate programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
    • offering for sale any products or services;
    • soliciting for advertisers or sponsors;
    • conducting raffles or contests that require any type of entry fee;
    • displaying a sponsorship banner of any kind, including those that are generated by banner or link exchange services, with the sole exceptions of a MALAYSIA i-DIRECTORY ™ Banner Exchange program and the Internet Link Exchange; and
    • displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their web sites.
